Breathe In. Breathe Out.

Breathwork

Breath— the most powerful + accessible tool we have to transform, heal, + reconnect with ourselves.

Breathwork is an ancient healing modality and scientifically supported practice that supports us in regulating our nervous systems and reconnecting with our bodies. There are so many incredible benefits of breathwork like increased lung capacity, stamina, and performance. Breathwork also strengthens the immune system, boosts mental clarity, decreases cortisol, and energizes the mind and body.

Each emotion has its own corresponding breath pattern. If we are unaware of how we are feeling, we can observe our breath and check in. Likewise, if we desire to feel a certain way- ie.  calmer, more joyful, and/or more present, we can breathe in a specific breath pattern to create that desired feeling.

Trauma-Informed Breathwork is all about becoming aware of the current state of one’s nervous system and creating a sense of safety in the body. Consciously and intentionally breathing in specific breath patterns regulates the nervous system, releases stress, and reduces anxiety.

Breathwork sessions are personalized to you, your intentions, and desires. These transformational sessions are designed to foster a deeper connection to yourself and your body. Breathwork is a nonverbal process that guides you back to balance as you release: stagnant energy, suppressed emotions, energetic imbalances, and unconscious thought patterns.

Are you ready to experience the power you hold within you?!

I integrate breathwork experiences into my curated 1:1 packages. I am not currently offering 1 off breathwork sessions at this time. I do, however, facilitate group breathwork experiences and workshops! Feel free to apply below!

Group Breathwork Sessions

Group breathwork sessions are intentionally designed for teams, families, friends, and partners who desire more connection, clarity, and understanding. Breathwork increases intimacy and understanding in relationships.

Breathwork supports cohesion, efficiency, and productivity in teams, supporting the achievement of common goals. When we breathe together we become more aligned and work better together. Conflict dissipates and collaboration blossoms.

When we breathe together our nervous systems begin to regulate, our hearts come into coherence with one another, and a deeper sense of trust is created. Our heart cells will sync to the heart cells of those around us. So if those around us are feeling anxious, it can be easy for us to feel anxious too. Conversely, if we are aware of the felt anxiety we can choose to breathe in a way that creates heart coherence in our bodies. Eventually, the hearts and nervous systems of others will sense the calm we’ve created in our system and begin to attune and sync with ours, thus creating more calm and ease.

Use the power of your breath to resolve conflict, increase motivation, and take aligned and effective action.
