The Embodied Wellness Podcast is a collection of science and experience-based insight, knowledge, and inspiration designed to support you on your wellness journey. An extension of my unique approach to wellness, The Embodied Wellness Podcast focuses on ways to nourish your body, mind, + soul. Embodied Wellness is truly about how you nourish yourself physically, energetically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

There’s been a lot of debate between which is “better.” To be honest they are both incredibly powerful and health promoting. I drink fresh juice and eat smoothies daily. Positive associations are a powerful way to create lasting change in your life so that you can accomplish all that you desire and live a life true to you!

    When sharing with people about my lifestyle they often think of my diet as restrictive… while I used to feel that way, that is no longer how I feel. Calling my dietary choices “food restrictions” felt limiting and kept me feeling disconnected and disempowered, in victimhood… “food preferences” feels more aligned and true. There are a plethora of options, we get to remember that and change our focus.

    Sometimes it can feel like we are off path when we encounter an obstacle in our lives. The true power is in remembering that the obstacles are the way, they are a divine part of our path as they help us to grow and become stronger. We aren’t given anything we can’t handle.

  • Episode 26: Resisting Where You are Congeals Time

    How much time do you spend resisting where you are, wishing you were elsewhere? How often do you focus on where you want to be and discredit your growth and all that you’ve accomplished yet simply because you’ve yet to achieve your dream? Resisting where you are congeals time, meaning it slows down time. If you were meant to be elsewhere you wouldn’t be where you are. Trust that where you are is where you’re meant to be. When you begin to embrace where you are without resistance and judgment you collapse the space between where you are and where you desire to be. You are perfectly on path.

    Debt is not good. Debt is not bad. We choose the meaning we give it. Debt is a form of money. Money is energy. Debt is “an empowered choice to pay something off over time.” Debt creates opportunity. I share my experience with debt along with what I have been learning on my journey.

    Being an energetic match to your desires begins with becoming aware of your energy. It’s an energetic game. Everything in this universe is energy. You create your reality with your energy. Your thoughts and emotions impact your energy. What are you an energetic match for? Look at what you have in your life.
