Alchemy, the ancient art of transformation, is more than just turning lead into gold—it's about turning challenges into triumphs, dreams into reality, and fear into freedom. This December, and always, let's unlock our inner alchemist and create the lives we truly desire.

Alchemy

This December, the context I set was alchemy, a magical art of transformation, has always captivated me. This year has been full of profound shifts and growth, a true alchemical process of remembering and embodying my very essence. December feels the culmination point of it all. It's the process of taking the ordinary and turning it into something extraordinary, much like the journey of life we are all on. This year, I've witnessed firsthand the power of alchemy to create something new and beautiful from the ashes of the old.

Signs

Recently, I returned from a transformative retreat in Tulum, Mexico. It was a powerful experience that catalyzed a profound shift within me. Walking along the beach at sunrise, I was struck by the signs that seemed to appear everywhere: "forgive yourself," "be here now," and "ALQUIMIA." A nearby hotel was named "The Alchemist," a nod to Paulo Coelho's inspiring novel. This book spoke to my soul, it ignited a certainty within me that I was on a soul journey of transformation, a sacred quest to remember myself and discover my calling. It's incredible how life comes full circle. Now, years later, I find myself completing a powerful seven-year cycle of transformation, guided by the wisdom of that very book. In the book Paulo Coehlo speaks about omens/signs while on our path. Years ago I began searching for and seeing signs everywhere. We are guided and supported in so many profound ways. The evidence is always available. When you ask for the signs, they appear. 

The Phoenix

This December, as I approach the culmination of my 20s, I feel the fire of transformation burning brightly. It can be intense, even overwhelming at times, but it's through this fire that we are purified and reborn. Like the Phoenix rising from the ashes, we emerge stronger, wiser, and more aligned with our true selves.

Your Power to Transform

I arrived in Tulum as one version of myself. I left a completely different version. This transformation happened because I chose it. I decided. I didn’t wait. I made the first move, now everything in my world is rearranging to calibrate to this decision. That is the power we each hold. This is the power of alchemy. You are the alchemist. You are the alchemy. You choose your transformation. You create your transformation. You are the transformation. If you feel frustrated because it isn't happening, it is likely you're waiting for something to happen to transform you rather than realizing your decision to transform initiates the process.

Embracing the Fire

When you're in the midst of a transformational journey it may feel like you're burning. It feels destructive. While immersed in it you can't see who you're becoming, it feels like everything you know is crumbling, but in hindsight you realize you've completely transformed. The transformation often feels like the end. But in reality it is simply the beginning. It is the beginning of a new life, a new you, and a new reality. The transformation strengthens you, it calls you to rise.Transformation often requires us to surrender to the unknown, to trust the process even when it feels uncomfortable. It's about letting go of old patterns and beliefs that no longer serve us, creating space for the new to emerge. This is the power of alchemy – the ability to consciously choose our transformation, to actively participate in the creation of our own reality. We are the alchemists of our lives, and through devotion, trust, and surrender, we can shape our destinies.
